Job Description

In this 6 months internship, you will join Automotive Aftermarket, You will work in support of the Customer Contract Management project and will collaborate with the Customer care team in the Customer management activities, in particular:

- Order Management

- Data analysis to improve the current processes

- Support in the implementation and stabilization of digital and AI solutions

The activity involves an exchange of information with many business functions (sales, accounting, logistics) both at Italian and Foreign level, as well as relations with external customers.

You will have opportunity to develop your knowledge transversally on the different companies with which you will operate daily.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

  • Education: Master degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (minimum level B2).
  • Experience and know-how: you have skills structured approach to your work and a good understanding of processes.  Excellent analytical skill. Good skills with Excel and Powerpoint required.
  • Work style: Ability to work in team, ability to handle complexity.
  • Personality: Enthusiasm is what we’re looking for.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

  • Duration: 6 Months Full Time Internship (Curricular or Extracurricular);
  • Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/monthì;
