We are now looking for an Intern, Order Management to join our team at UPM Business HUB in Wrocław, Poland. We are offering a contract of mandate (3-month contract).

In this role, you will provide valuable administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of activities across multiple processes. Your tasks will include handling documentation, preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting communication between teams and stakeholders. What you will do

• Provide support to Order Management process development team

• Contribute to improvement of detailed OM process documentation

• Support implementation of document management standards

• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders

• Support the Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases

Who you are

• You are a student or have a relevant university degree or basic experience in process description, document management, customer service or order processing

• You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes, and organization

• You are willing to work with Celonis and learn Salesforce and SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfillment and Order Management tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, GMES) would be an asset

• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

• You are a team-oriented person and good networker

• You provide a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset

• You have an interest in working in international teams and cooperating with multiple teams

• You are fluent in English
