Your New Role...
Join the Creative Services team at Warner Bros. Discovery, supporting marketing
campaigns across Theatrical, Home Entertainment (physical and digital), Consumer
Products, and Games. Our department is responsible for the origination, localisation,
approval, production, and trafficking of creative materials for multi-channel campaigns. You’ll
play a key role in delivering best-in-class creative assets for major film releases and
entertainment products.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Support Creative Services Managers and the in-house Designer in creating,
- localising, and delivering campaign assets across Theatrical and Home
- Entertainment.
- Manage the briefing process with external agencies and internal teams, ensuring strong relationships and timely delivery.
- Oversee asset management systems (e.g., Adstream, BOX) and ensure accurate distribution of creative materials to agencies, media partners, and retailers.
- Coordinate artwork approvals, adhering to brand guidelines, talent restrictions, and legal requirements.
- Assist with creative for publicity events, premieres, junkets, and exhibitor media plans.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the development of promotional ideas for press, outdoor, TV, VOD, social, radio, and online campaigns.
- Manage POS distribution and pre-order processes for new releases, catalogue titles, and special campaigns.
- Handle ad hoc creative requests, maintain project tracking, and support internal/external presentations.
Qualifications & Experience...
- You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate course (Marketing, Advertising, Business Studies, Communications, Graphic Design).
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Demonstrates creativity, dynamism, and passion for film and entertainment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Previous work experience or internships in marketing or creative roles is advantageous.
The Internship…
- Salary: £27,000 p/a
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Start Date: 6th July 2026
- You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

Next Steps…
- Stage 1: Submit your CV by Sunday 1st February (you will not be able to apply after this date).
- Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue. The deadline for this is Sunday 8th February.
- Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interview via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in February.
- Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place in April.
