Requirements:
- Prepare draft manual book which will be reviewed by each of PIC Client Relations.
Prepare draft socialization material which will be reviewed by each of PIC Client Relations.
Make a call to insurance participants for failed delivery of cards and get the correct address.
Update CR master data
Support CR for preparation sending emails to PIC with regard to list providers and monthly health bulletin
Support CR in updating data for reminder of outstanding billings
Support CR in updating data for reminder of client health talk
Welcome call with adjustment draft. Such as: To confirm that the policy issuance email was already received; Inform to client the name of the Client Relation PIC’s whose handles the client; To confirm to clients PIC’s whose handle the daily, and or acting as Client PIC’s regarding the policy’s that client have. Also ask for the phone number that can be contacted by PIC Client Relations
Requirements:
Final year student or Fresh graduate from any major
Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
Committed to do 6 months internship
Experienced and able to operate Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Excellent communication skills (written and speaking) both in English and Indonesian
Can-Do attitude
