This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world HR practices and an opportunity to develop foundational skills in human resources.</p><p><strong>Duties and&nbsp;Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation preparation</p></li><li><p>Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and presentations</p></li><li><p>Provide administrative support for employee engagement and HR initiatives</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal teams on HR-related requests and documentation</p></li><li><p>Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Currently pursuing a college degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, and is enrolled and completing internship hours.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time-management skills</p></li><li><p>Good written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with professionalism</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn and take initiative</p></li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Gain:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources operations</p></li><li><p>Exposure to employee relations and other HR processes</p></li><li><p>Mentorship from experienced HR professionals</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to build professional skills and workplace confidence</p></li></ul>
