Responsabilidades

  • Estagiário ira apoiar todas as categorias de Compras Indiretas para a América Latina
  • Administração de contratos: fornecer relatórios contritais, habilitar e manter contratos no repositório, apoiar compradores nesse controle
  • Apoiar no registro de fornecedores, capacitar fornecedores em Coupa e entrar em contato caso seja necessário para enviar documentação para o processo de registro
  • Suporte solicitações de desbloqueio de fornecedores
  • Suporte na alteração/cancelamento de pedidos no Coupa
  • Suporte no processo de submissão de contratos para assinatura no CLM
  • Suporte para buscar fornecedores registrados para novas demandas de registro, ou fornecedores alternativos para buscar demandas de eventos
  • Suporte em processos de equalização de propostas

Requisitos

Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo hibrido em nossa unidade de Mauá/SP;

Cursando graduação com previsão de formação entre dez/27 e dez/28;

Conhecimento ferramentas pacote office;

Inglês básico a Intermediário;
