Job Description

In this internship, you'll collaborate with our supply chain teams real data, process enhancements, and international projects having a direct impact on our operations.

As a thesis student, you may select your research focus from the following topics:

  • Inventory forecasting and optimization
  • Improving supply chain lead times and developing network simulation model
  • Analyzing carbon emissions in transportation
  • Evaluating efficient transport networks
  • Enhancing warehouse productivity and developing tools to collect data across 16 sites
  • Designing a new warehouse layout
  • Optimizing packaging for transport efficiency
  • Developing tools for suitable box sizes

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Master's students in BAM (Business Analytics) or SCM (Supply Chain Management)
  • Analytical, inquisitive, and hands-on
  • Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • The possibility to work at the office in Weesp or Amsterdam- Zuid, a minimum 3 times a week.

Internship reward: 450 a month. (Fulltime based)
