Data and Analytics spring/summer intern 2025

<p>Velory is now looking for a talent to join the data and analytics team from February/March 2026 (4-6 months). We are looking for applicants from holders of EU residence permits who are eligible to travel to and work in Stockholm.</p><h2><strong>This is Velory</strong></h2><p>Velory enables companies to buy and manage their IT in an automated, secure and circular way.<br></p><ul><li><p>IT Lifecycle Management: streamlining IT workflows from purchase to end of life.</p></li><li><p>Employee Empowerment: unleashing productivity from the first day to the last</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>What you will do</h2><p>You will be part of the Data and Operations team and interact frequently with sales, product and finance teams. We welcome and seek a dedicated intern, ready to surprise us with creative ideas, and willing to take the lead on small projects. Here are the main tasks you will perform:</p><h3><strong>&nbsp;1. Data</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Set up automated reporting for internal use, customers and partners</p></li><li><p>Make analyses of our business processes and customer interactions</p></li><li><p>Build models of customer behaviour</p></li><li><p>Contribute to our code base</p></li></ul><h3><strong>2. Office duty</strong></h3><p>As an intern you will help out on various other tasks, including writing texts, create product content, doing research.</p><p>You will also be helping out keeping the office nice, turn on the lights, water the plants, buy beers for office After Work parties ie.</p><h3><strong>3. Special project</strong></h3><p>If you want to, or your university requires you to, we will help you formulate a project that can be carried out alongside internship tasks during your time with us.</p><h2><strong>You are</strong></h2><p></p><ul><li><p>Ideally a Business, Finance, Science&nbsp; or Engineering student with an interest in technology, data and analytics</p></li><li><p>Open-minded, willing to work in an international environment and meet new people.</p></li><li><p>Hardworking: A multitasker with a keen eye for detail.</p></li><li><p>Enthusiastic: You always have new ideas and try to implement them no matter what you are facing.</p></li><li><p>Passionate about disruptive innovation and digital solutions.</p></li><li><p>First-hand experience in a startup is valued.</p></li><li><p>You can write SQL queries, and have an understanding for SaaS tech stacks</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of web analytics is a plus but not a requirement</p></li><li><p>Able to use LLM chatbots (ChatGPT ie.) but not pass on your prompting results without understanding them</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus but not necessary).&nbsp;</p></li></ul><h2><strong>The internship</strong></h2><p>As an intern with Velory you will join a fast moving Swedish company on it's growth journey. You will work on finding solutions to new problems, and make the solutions scalable together with the other company teams, such as product team and finance team. You will both be driving your own and very challenging projects, as well as doing easier day-to-day tasks.<br></p><p>Examples of tasks:</p><ul><li><p>Build a concept for a CO2 emission effect model on behalf of a customer, showing the effect of choosing different computers and leasing contract lengths. The concept should be able to scale.</p></li><li><p>Write SQL queries to report NPS and CSAT scores by company on a monthly basis</p></li><li><p>Add tracking of frontend events to help our developers and product managers make better design decisions</p></li><li><p>Pick up the newspaper on your way into the office every day, turn on lights and office Spotify playlist at 08.00</p></li><li><p>Build a QA testing schema for an important product launch</p></li><li><p>Find more efficient ways to categorize support tickets that can be shared with partners using the same ticket handling system (Zendesk)</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What we offer</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Travel cost recovery to Sweden/Stockholm if you are based in another country</p></li><li><p>Monthly stipend of 10 000 SEK (pre tax)</p></li><li><p>Free gym every weekday</p></li><li><p>iPhone and MacBook as your personal productivity tools</p></li><li><p>2 paid vacation days offered per month worked<br></p></li></ul>
