About the Role
Your profile
- Fluency in English and native Spanish language
- Based in Madrid
- Interest in technology, property and travel industry
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Agility and the desire to learn
- Being able to sign University agreement

Your mission
Within our Trust & Safety team, you will participate in payment and verification processes. Some of the tasks will include:
- Payment Disputes, you will learn about our operations and how to manage specific situations.
- Learn about the daily operations in the team, our business, and how we keep it all safe.
- Handle Trust and Safety cases related to Spotahome Guarantee - claims handling.
- Support Landlords & Tenants on payment processes including collection activities.
