This role will be a crash course in understanding how to build, scale, and manage high-impact partnerships programs and have a direct impact on their trajectories.</p> <ul> <li>Assist in sourcing influencers and UGC creators that align with brand values, campaign goals, and creative directives.</li> <li>Draft and send outreach messages to influencers and UGC creators for collaboration opportunities.</li> <li>Monitor and respond to inbound emails, supporting communication around campaign details, deliverables, and timelines.</li> <li>Assist with rate discussions and negotiations under team guidance.</li> <li>Support the creation of content briefs and influencer decks for upcoming campaigns.</li> <li>Identify potential influencer partners through brand mentions, tags, and organic social conversations.</li> <li>Help organize, track, and manage creative assets delivered by influencers and UGC creators.</li> <li>Maintain internal trackers and documentation to ensure campaigns are organized and up to date.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support campaign execution and reporting.</li> <li>Conduct competitive research of influencer marketing programs to help develop our program’s reach, engagement, and success.</li> <li>Track and share results of current influencer marketing campaigns with a data-driven mindset.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Able to identify partnership and growth opportunities</li> <li>&nbsp;Advanced knowledge of social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube) and the influencer space</li> <li>&nbsp;Passion for social media and influencers</li> <li>&nbsp;Superior attention to detail</li> <li>&nbsp;Written communication experience</li> <li>&nbsp;Self-starter who is not afraid to be assertive and take initiative when applicable</li> <li>Required Education:<strong> </strong>Enrolled or completed accredited 4 year university</li> </ul> <p><strong>Golden Perks &amp; Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide.
