Sales Internship - DigiStream Investigations - Torrance, CA

Position Overview: This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales operations and client relationship management, contributing to the company's growth and success. 

The Sales Intern will support the sales team by assisting with various tasks and projects aimed at driving sales growth and enhancing client relationships. This role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, client engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehension of Services: Understand our suite of investigative services in relation to the insurance risk industry.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend and actively participate in weekly, sales and operational meetings.
  • Documentation: Log and document all sales-related activities in the CRM system.
  • Client Debriefing: Assist the sales department in client correspondence related to case confirmations, status updates, and general follow up.
  • Research: Conduct research on the current market and identify opportunities for outreach and expansion.
  • Client Engagement: Assist the sales department in connecting with clients through general correspondence and on occasion attend external events such as customer outings, or local seminars.
  • Prospective Client Outreach:  Work with the sales team to identify and connect with clients in the insurance risk industry.
  • Referral Management: Collaborate with the internal sales team to process new referrals. 
  • Meeting Participation: Occasionally join the General Manager and Account Manager for external customer meetings.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and documentation.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and build detailed contact pages.
  • Experience in client engagement and relationship management.
  • Proactive and organized approach to tasks and responsibilities.


Pay: $19 Hourly - 20 to 25 hours per week
