We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst Intern with a background in food quality and logistics to join our dynamic team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in supply chain operations, focusing on inventory management, logistics optimization, and ensuring food quality standards are met across the supply chain.

Supply Chain Responsibilities & Job Duties

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies.

  • Generate reports on logistics performance, food quality metrics, and inventory levels.

  • Support the planning and execution of efficient logistics strategies, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

  • Help evaluate and improve transportation routes and delivery schedules to reduce costs and improve service levels.

  • Assist in monitoring supplier performance related to food safety and quality.

  • Assist in tracking and forecasting inventory levels to minimize waste and avoid stockouts.

  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment.

  • Identify areas for process improvement within supply chain operations and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to start June 1, 2026 and complete the entire 10 week program

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics Management or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, Excel, and/or supply chain management software.

  • Food quality and safety knowledge is essential, with understanding of HACCP, GMP, or other food safety regulations.

  • Basic understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to problem-solve.

  • Able to work in our Greenfield facility 5 days a week and travel to the Echo Chicago headquarters as needed
