Skills & Attributes: 

For Marketing 

  • Marketing Concepts:Apply basic marketing concepts in developing marketing plans (e.g., brand positioning, SWOT Analysis, consumer segmentation, creative and design).  

  • Thought Generation:Innovate and think creatively about consumer trends and product development.  

 

For PACS: 

  • Strategic Communications Fundamentals: Apply core communications principles to craft clear messages, shape narratives, and support brand reputation across key audiences. 

  • InsightsDriven Idea Generation: Develop creative communication ideas informed by cultural and media trends to drive engagement and elevate brand visibility. 

For all Interns at TMD: 

  • Collaboration:Work cross-functionally, listen empathetically, and communicate effectively.  

  • Passion:Be passionate about the customer that TMD serves, ‘McDonald’s” and The Coca-Cola Company. 

Education Requirement: 

  • Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Sustainability, Government Relations or related fields

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.

Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506

Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066
