<p><span><strong>Hello future Product Specialist!</strong></span></p><p><span>We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic <strong>Product Specialist Trainee</strong> to join our Netvisor Product Business for next summer!</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will work at the heart of product development, collaborating closely with our Product Owners and Domain Experts. As a Trainee, you’ll get a front-row seat to how a leading financial management software is managed and developed. Our team has 10 members spread across Finland, but you can find some of us also in our Lappeenranta and Helsinki offices.</span></p><p><a target="_blank" href="https://netvisor.fi/"><span><strong>Netvisor</strong></span></a><span> is the leading platform for financial management, accounting, billing and worktime management in the Finnish market. We have over 100 experts working with Netvisor product development and management in different roles.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br><span><strong>What awaits you here?</strong></span></p><p><span>As our Summer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in Netvisor product management by supporting our Product Management team in their daily operations. You will work closely with our Netvisor Product Specialist to help streamline the way we handle customer requests. We are especially interested in seeing how you can apply your<strong> </strong>AI toolkit to help us analyze and categorize customer and development needs,&nbsp; turning them into clear tasks for prioritization.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>In addition to data-driven insights, you will assist the team in keeping our customers well-informed by drafting release notes, instructions, and other product documentation. If you’ve been using the Netvisor product in your studies or work, this is a definite plus!</span></p></li><li><p><span>Curiosity about the possibilities of AI and ideally you have already experimented with <strong>different AI tools</strong>. We’d love to hear or see examples of how you have used AI to analyze data, automate tasks, or simplify your own work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in both <strong>Finnish and English</strong>: You are comfortable in communicating clearly in both languages, both in writing and speaking. You will also participate in the Visma Finland Summer Trainee program and meet trainees from other Visma companies. The program kicks off in May with introduction days organized in Helsinki, and ends with a joint closing event in August.
