About the Role

1.Invoice processing (40%)

  • Process quotations and invoices for accounts payable.
  • Assist with organizing and managing digital and physical invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Track invoice statuses and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Creation of new vendors.

2.Education administrative support (30%)

  • Provide administrative support for educational programs, including scheduling meeting rooms.
  • Communicate with BAs and trainers to provide program information and resolve inquiries.
  • Help prepare and distribute educational materials for workshops, classes, or training sessions.

3.Marketing assistance (30%)

  • Support in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help identify growth opportunities.
  • Source and research potential suppliers for marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing the inventory of marketing props and promotional materials.
  • Must have strong writing and communication skills
  • Organized and able to work in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple assignments with various deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and be highly organized
  • Ideal candidates have a thirst for learning and enjoy bringing new ideas
  • Good with numbers and excel
  • Preferably 6 months of internship period and is able to start in January/ February 2026
