1. Customer Support (Hỗ trợ khách hàng) + Sales Support

- Data Management (Quản lý dữ liệu)

- Administration/Documentation (Quản lý hành chánh/ tài liệu)

- Complaint/Issue Handling (Xử lý khiếu nại/vấn đề)

- Ad hoc support as requested (Hỗ trợ theo yêu cầu)

2. Process (Quy trình)

- Maintain, improve current Sales Processes: Pricing, Contracting, Onboarding, … (Duy trì, cải thiện các quy trình bán hàng hiện tại: Định giá, Hợp đồng, Onboarding,...)

- Work with related departments (Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan)

3. Report (Báo cáo)

- Lead Generation report

- Deal & Contract management

- Request Report by Project

Requirement
  • - Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel  (Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel)
  • - Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze (Kỹ năng phân tích, thu thập, tổ chức và phân tích dữ liệu)
  • - Communication English skill (Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh)
  • - Management skills (Kỹ năng quản lý)
  • - Problem-solving (Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề)
  • - Strong sense of responsibilities (Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao)
  • - Proactive and possess positive attitude  (Chủ động, thái độ tích cực)
  • - Willing to learn (Sẵn sàng học hỏi)
