About the Role

Job Description

  • Work on wire bond equipment performance (OEE) improvement project. Support engineer in machine performance, capacity analysis and execution of improvement activities.
  • Machine or product evaluation and qualification. Support engineer in machine verification and product quality check items.
  • Process optimization. Support engineer in performing DOE, wire bond validation, wire bond assessment, data collection, analysis and report compilation
  • Gain technical knowledge on the identified tool and work with engineers, operators and technicians.

 

Qualifications

  • Education Background: Final year of a Degree in Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology or equivalent.
  • Technical skill: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Data analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is preferred
