About Unilever EDGE Internship


This is more than just an internship. It’s a chance to learn, grow, and leave your mark at one of the largest FMCG companies on the planet. Unilever EDGE (Social First Marketing) is a 3-to-6-month immersive program where you’ll learn how to build community-driven conversations and influencer collaborations, harness cultural moments to stay relevant, and grow your skills in data analytics to formulate decisions.

Job Purpose

As an intern in Social First Marketing, your ideas will have impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

Social First Marketing is all about generating desirability at scale. It’s about understanding digital trends, engaging communities, and building brand love through creative storytelling that feels native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels.

To win in a social first world, you could learn how to craft ideas that spark conversations, partner with influencers and creators to amplify reach, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance. This means spotting trends before they peak, experimenting with new formats, and ensuring every piece of content connects authentically with our audience.

Your work could involve developing a TikTok challenge for a new product launch, planning an influencer collaboration, analyzing engagement metrics to refine a campaign, or brainstorming ways to make our brands part of cultural conversations online. Every day is an opportunity to shape how Unilever brands show up in the fast-moving digital space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of digital and social campaigns, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.

  • Handle end-to-end responsibilities for digital campaigns, including creating consumer journeys.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram).

  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.

  • Track and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs

YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT IF: 

  • You’re available for 3 to 6 months starting March 2026

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s (2nd to 4th year) or Master’s program (with no more than 2 years of prior work experience).

  • You have a passion for creativity and driving impactful ideas

  • You are keen to learn digital and social marketing campaign creation, project management, and post-campaign evaluation

  • You are ready to lead projects and contribute to marketing goals

  • You like working on diverse projects, including product launches and social media assets
