You will translate market needs and strategic targets into robust net sales, demand, and inventory plans and act as a key interface between Regions, Hubs, Product Divisions and central functions. <strong>This position is limited to a fixed term.</strong></p></p><p> </p><p><b>What you can expect:</b></p><p><ul>
<li><strong>Merchandise & Financial Planning</strong>
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage seasonal sales, margin, and inventory plans for the outlet channel in alignment with the financial targets</li>
<li>Drive planning at store level down to product group for dedicated Main Product Groups (MPGs) across all Business Units.</li>
<li>Monitor performance versus plan and proactively adjust forecasts and intake plan</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Seasonal & Lifecycle Management</strong>
<ul>
<li>Manage full product lifecycle planning for the BASIC Assortment incl. exit strategies</li>
<li>Consider all retail-relevant KPIs (e.g. Net Sales, TPRs, Coverage) to optimize the BASIC business.</li>
<li>Lead BASIC store planning, including the definition of model stock based on core range.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Demand Forecasting EMEA</strong>
<ul>
<li>Consolidate market needs and channel requirements for BASIC and FASHION.</li>
<li>Analyze, evaluate, and finalize the production plan for BASIC for all Business Units.</li>
<li>Translate the Net Sales plan for FASHION into a robust demand plan.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Inventory & Assortment Management</strong>
<ul>
<li>Drive inventory productivity through effective demand forecasting, inventory flow, and stock optimization</li>
<li>Partner closely with Buying, Allocation, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right product, quantity, and timing for outlet stores</li>
<li>Monitor stock aging, exit strategies, and markdown efficiency to maximize sell-through and margin</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Performance Management & Analytics</strong>
<ul>
<li>Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance across regions and categories</li>
<li>Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend corrective actions</li>
<li>Lead post-season analysis and translate insights into future planning improvements</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration</strong>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships and continuous communication with Regions, Hubs and Product Divisions.</li>
<li>Act as a key partner for the Global Outlet Buying Team, Regional Merchandise Management, IT, Procurement & Logistics, GSO and all Business Units.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Tools, Processes & Continuous Improvement</strong>
<ul>
<li>Own and continuously improve planning tools, systems, and reporting standards</li>
<li>Drive automation, data accuracy, and transparency in planning processes</li>
<li>Support system implementations and global transformation initiatives</li>
</ul>

<li>University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management or a comparable field.</li>
<li>Several years of relevant experience in planning, merchandising, demand forecasting, or inventory management, ideally in a retail or fashion environment.</li>
<li>Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to anticipate and assess impacts on company KPIs such as inventory, complexity & efficiency, and profitability.</li>
<li>Experience in change management; able to drive, implement and support process changes across interfaces.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a high affinity for numbers and data.</li>
<li>Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g. complex formulas, pivots, reporting).</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.</li>
<li>High proficiency in planning tools and Excel; experience with planning systems (e.g. SAP, o9, Blue Yonder, Oracle) is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.</li>
