Finance Summer Internship Financial Analysis, Treasury, Accounting & Tax Join Hasbro's Finance organization and gain hands-on experience supporting the financial operations behind some of the world's most iconic brands. Finance interns work on real projects across financial analysis, treasury operations, accounting, and tax—helping to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of Hasbro's global financial ecosystem. Throughout the summer, you'll contribute to work that matters- whether that's shaping a brand story, improving a process, uncovering consumer insights, supporting a financial initiative, or helping bring a major event or communication to life. In addition to hands-on project work, interns are supported through: Hasbro 101 and business immersion sessions Professional skills and project management workshops A formal mentorship program Leadership speaker series and networking opportunities Social, cultural, and community-building experiences By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a strong understanding of how their work creates value, and the confidence that comes from having made a real contribution. * Finance Teams You May Support This internship supports teams across Hasbro's Global Finance organization. Interns may be placed on teams such as: Financial Analysis & Finance Operations - supporting process improvement, reporting, benchmarking, and analysis Treasury Operations & Capital Markets - assisting with cash management, banking relationships, foreign exchange, and risk analysis Accounting - supporting core accounting activities, reconciliations, controls, and financial documentation Tax - assisting with compliance, filings, analysis, and reporting across domestic and international tax matters Placements are matched based on interests, skills, academic background, and business needs. * What You'll Work On Depending on your team assignment, you may: Analyze financial data and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations Document and improve finance processes and procedures Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis Research industry practices and conduct benchmarking analysis Collaborate with finance leaders and cross-functional partners on special projects Support day-to-day operational activities within your assigned finance team * Who This Is For We welcome applications from students who are interested in finance, accounting, and business operations.
