Purpose
Reporting to the Human Resources team of our R&D center in Osny (95), we offer you the opportunity to join and grow within a close-knit team that is committed to meeting business challenges while balancing the human dimension and legal requirements.
Key Missions
1. Training
-
Roll out the skills development plan in coordination with our external partner.

Prepare mandatory reports (year-end training report, annual plan/forecast, mid-year review).

Track training KPIs.
2. Recruitment / Onboarding / Offboarding

Monitor recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.

Organize and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Oversee offboarding processes
3. HRBP Support on Key HR Cycles

Contribute to major HR milestones: performance reviews, salary reviews, talent/people reviews, etc.
4. Employee Support
-
Help ensure employee satisfaction by handling day-to-day HR queries, leveraging specialist HR teams (e.g., Payroll) when needed.
5. HR Projects & CSR
-
Provide ad-hoc support on HR projects, including initiatives related to CSR.
Profile & Other Information
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5 equivalent) in Human Resources at a business school or university.
- Previous experience through an internship or apprenticeship in the Human Resources field.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong listening skills, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in French with an intermediate level of English.
