Job Description
Our Global Mobility team supports multinational clients with all aspects of international assignments and cross-border mobility. As a Global Mobility Tax Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of global mobility topics, including individual taxation, social security, and relocation-related matters.
This traineeship offers an excellent introduction to the global mobility field. While the role has a strong tax focus, particularly during peak tax season, your exposure will vary throughout the year depending on business needs and your areas of interest, allowing you to build a well-rounded understanding of global mobility services.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in developing a career in international taxation and global mobility within a collaborative and fast-paced professional environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of individual income tax returns for expatriates and inpatriates.
- Draft individual tax returns, tax calculations, and related tax applications
- Support the preparation of tax equalization calculations and related administrative tasks.
- Assist the team with broader global mobility matters, including social security and mobility-related support, as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant client deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment

- This opportunity is exclusively for a Curricular Internship through your university
- Start date February/March - 6 months duration
- Location: Rome
- The role is Hybrid, requiring 1 day per week in the office
