The Marketing – Videographer Intern supports the marketing team in capturing and producing compelling video content that highlights Consigli’s projects, culture, and brand. This role offers hands-on experience in filming, editing, and post-production for a variety of formats including social media, internal communications, and case studies, within a collaborative and creative construction marketing environment.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions 
  • Support production efforts by serving as a Production Assistant on larger shoots and operating the camera (as primary or secondary) on smaller-scale shoots. 
  • Assist in post-production by acting as an Assistant Editor on major projects such as case studies and proposal videos and take the lead editor role on smaller edits including social media cuts and internal content. 
  • Demonstrate strong storytelling abilities, creativity, excellent organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail throughout all phases of video production. 
  • Exhibit eagerness to learn and contribute across all aspects of production and pre-production while adapting effectively to dynamic, fast-paced project environments. 
  • Collaborate closely with team members, communicating clearly to ensure smooth workflows and alignment with marketing objectives. 
  • Oversee and maintain video equipment and infrastructure, source appropriate stock footage and music, and manage the video server along with the digital asset management system. 
  • Apply a marketing-driven perspective with a keen eye for persuasion and a genuine curiosity to creatively showcase the construction industry through engaging video content. 
  • Utilize technical proficiency with video editing software and production tools to deliver high-quality results.

Required Experience
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proficient in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools is a plus. 
  • Skilled in camera operation, basic lighting setups, and audio capture for video production. 
  • Strong knowledge of video production workflows, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production. 
  • Experience with color correction, sound editing, motion graphics, and file management systems (e.g., DAM platforms or video servers). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); computer-literate and comfortable learning new platforms. 
  • Familiarity with social media content creation, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems is preferred. 
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and how video supports brand storytelling. 
  • Strong writing skills for scripting or content support. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
