In this role, you will support new product introductions, contribute to global manufacturing operations, and help maintain high quality standards across production builds. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work onsite to support hands-on manufacturing activities. If you are a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for improving manufacturing and supply chain processes, we encourage you to apply and join our team</p> <p><br>This role is onsite, based out of Toronto, ON.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to balance precision and big-picture thinking.</li> <li>A collaborative team player who communicates clearly with engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.</li> <li>Curious and proactive, with a strong interest in manufacturing, quality, and process improvement.</li> <li>Methodical problem-solver who approaches challenges with critical thinking and structure.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with failure analysis concepts, root cause analysis, and basic manufacturing principles.</li> <li>Ability to document processes, data, and findings clearly and accurately.</li> <li>Comfort working with technical tools such as Excel, CAD, or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to support supplier and internal collaboration.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Will Learn</strong></p> <ul> <li>How to investigate manufacturing failures and product defects in a real-world production environment.</li> <li>Best practices for data-driven process improvement and quality optimization.</li> <li>How to collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and support operational efficiency.</li> <li>Exposure to engineering project workflows, including new product introductions and process upgrades.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>This offer of employment is contingent upon the applicant being eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
