Job Responsibilities:

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Transformation Intern will actively support ongoing transformation initiatives by assisting with project planning, data analysis, and process improvement activities. This role offers hands-on experience with Magna’s tools and methodologies, providing opportunities to contribute to key projects and develop both professional and technical skills in a collaborative environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support business transformation projects by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking progress on key initiatives.

· Assist in mapping and improving business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, action items, and project milestones.

· Participate in meetings, take notes, and help coordinate follow-up actions.

· Contribute to the preparation of presentations and communication materials for stakeholders.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support the transformation team’s objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:

· Some related experience preferred, especially in project management or business transformation

· Technical understanding of business systems, process mapping, and improvement methodologies

· Familiarity with the automotive industry and its core processes is a strong asset

· Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

· Currently attending a college or university; high school diploma required


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma

· Currently Attending a College or University

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

· Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)


PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
