Job Responsibilities:

POSITION OVERVIEW
o Supports Human Resources Department with various administrative programs.
o Manage Assigned Human Resources projects.
o Filing, documenting, and recording of assigned processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries
o Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
o Gathers and organizes job applications
o Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
o Assists in researching compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws
o Participates and assists in scheduling company social and networking events
o Performs ad hoc tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Some related experience preferred
o Highly motivated to work, learn, and teach.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
o High School Diploma
o Currently Attending a College or University
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS:
o Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
o Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT:
o Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able
to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
