Job Responsibilities:

POSITION OVERVIEW
Assist the HR team with various projects and job tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The intern will assist in various HR job assignments and projects including Payroll & Benefits, Training & Development, and Recruiting. Will also expose the Intern to different elements of HR including recruiting and employee relations/communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• HR related courses

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to spend time on the production floor and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the office environment is quiet to moderate.
