About the Role
  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung einer Plattform zur modernen Kommunikation von der Automatisierung im Anfragemanagement bis zum Communication Mining (Salesforce Service Cloud)
  • Aufsetzend auf strukturierten Aktivitätenlisten setzt du gemeinsam mit den SAP Key Usern Dokumentationen auf, um die gezielte Übernahme von Aktivitäten durch den First Level Support und eine strukturierte Informationsversorgung ins Unternehmen zu gewährleisten
  • Du unterstützt mit deiner analytischen Vorgehensweise dabei, Themen zu identifizieren, die mit Hilfe von modernen und integrierten Knowledge Management Systemen direkt im Self Service beantwortet werden können
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Führungsteam ein Reportingsystem, dass Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter mit Prozessrelevanten Kennzahlen versorgt
  • Du unterstützt im Team und sammelst Erfahrung in der direkten Ticketbearbeitung und lernst den debitorischen und kreditorischen Umgang mit der neusten Version von SAP (S4 Hana)
