About the Role

Trinity Industries is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented  Sales and Marketing Operations Intern to support initiatives that enhance our digital marketing performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, improving processes, and using data to guide decision‑making in a Business‑to‑Business (B2B) environment.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Assist with tracking, organizing, and reporting on website‑generated leads and online interactions to improve visibility and accuracy across the marketing team
  • Review current marketing workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and help develop recommendations for future enhancements
  • Analyze website activity, digital engagement metrics, and social media performance to assess effectiveness and identify trends
  • Translate data findings into actionable insights that inform future marketing strategies and campaigns

Education & Preferred Background:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Social Science/Liberal Arts
  • Must be at least a rising Junior
  • Experience or coursework in CRM systems (Salesforce), data visualization, or business intelligence is helpful but not required
