Continuous Improvement Intern

Trinity Rail Maintenance Services is hiring a Continuous Improvement Summer Intern for the Cartersville Georgia Location!

The Continuous Improvement Intern will play a vital role in supporting our organization's commitment to operational excellence and efficiency. As an intern in this role, he or she will work with our CI Manager on creating standard work/Plan A's for our processes. This will help in standardizing our processes. Also, will support manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, reduce waste, improve productivity. The intern Will gain valuable hands-on experience in heavy manufacturing processes, creating standard work and learning continuous improvement concepts

Qualifications:

B.A. candidate from College or University in Industrial or Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering field

Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel

 Eagerness and willingness to learn.
