About the team

Our customers deal with complex problems in demanding environments and rely on Kinaxis to provide top of the line support. This is where our Escalations Developers come into play helping to maintain and enhance our world class supply chain optimization software.

About the role

As a member of the Escalations Team under the Product Quality Group you will join a highly motivated team that solves complex customer problems. Through the course of these investigations the team has amassed a wealth of knowledge and content. Additionally, processes have been created to manage and monitor the workflow. You will work with industry standard knowledge management and business intelligence tools to curate this knowledge and add transparency to our workflows. Location

This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, at least three days a week

 

Term Duration

This is a full-time, 4 to 8 month position, starting May 2026

 

Co-op or Intern

This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.

 

Compensation range

$25.24 - $37.02 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education and experience.

What you will do

  • You will be responsible for developing dashboards and reports that provide teams with a unified and reliable source of data.
  • As part of a large migration project, you will review our existing knowledge base and work with the team to ensure that the content is concise, organized and easy to navigate.
  • Participate in a fast-paced work environment to continually deliver on customer expectations.
  • Shape the reliability and agility of our R&D support organization.

What we are looking for

  • Background in, or understanding of Power BI or similar BI solutions
  • Background in, or understanding of knowledge management best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced interrupt driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills both written and verbal.

Things that would definitely help

  • Background in, or understanding of, Confluence, Jira, Power BI and SQL
