About the Role
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist interior design team with FF&E selection research, including furniture, lighting, accessories, rugs, and artwork
  • Support preparation of FF&E packages and procurement
  • Help track pricing, lead times, and availability for FF&E items
  • Assist with vendor coordination, including requesting quotes, samples, and product information
  • Maintain and update FF&E logs, procurement trackers, and budgets
  • Support review of shop drawings, submittals, and samples for design compliance
  • Support development of marketing collateral including interior renderings, design of model units and unit floor plans.
  • Organize samples and maintain the sample library
  • Organize project documentation
  • Participate in internal design coordination meetings related to FF&E and interiors

Assist with meeting notes and follow-up items, especially related to procurement schedules


Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in furniture, materials, and procurement processes
  • Basic proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, and Excel preferred
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.

Our formal 10-week internship programs provide students with the opportunity to work on critical projects integral to our team's success.
