About the Role
Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting material related issues with suppliers. Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving the issues with supplier. Collaborate and gain experience from a diverse cross-functional team Gain better understanding by applying academic knowledge to a real-world problem set Improve patient lives around the world every day Propose update to inspections plans to ensure products meet critical requirements Must graduate between Fall 2026 and Spring 2028 Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship Currently pursing a degree in Biomedical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Chemical engineering, Computer science, Computer engineering, Materials engineering or Industrial engineering Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th - August 7th OR May 26th - August 14th Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization Experience collaborating on an engineering project in school or in a professional environment Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams. Self-starter with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions. Knowledge of analytical techniques and statistical analysis
