We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>N6 certificate in Economics, Business Management, Project Management</li> </ul> <p><strong>The skills we need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (vlookups, pivots, data validation, etc.), Google Workspace</li> <li>Effective time-management and organizational skills</li> <li>Proactive, hands-on, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes required:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborative</li> <li>Creative Energy</li> <li>Hands on</li> <li>Have an opinion and voice it</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong problem solving skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of the Personal Shopper Programme.</li> <li>Monitor daily operations, proactively identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and internal tools, ensuring data integrity.</li> <li>Compile, analyse, and report on operational and performance data using Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, and (optionally) Salesforce.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally to identify and close service or knowledge gaps, elevating both Personal Shopper experience and business results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>This is a 12-month contract position.</strong></p> <p>High Level:&nbsp;</p> <p>At the takealot Group, our<strong> </strong>Internship Programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
