We will count on you to:
- Play an important role in investment manager searches, asset allocation studies, portfolio construction reviews, and other ad-hoc investment-related projects with Mercer clients.
- Assist in the preparation of investment-related materials for Mercer clients, containing investment analysis, commentary, performance, and/or advice, to a high standard within tight deadlines.
- Utilize Mercer’s proprietary tools to conduct analysis on asset allocations and investment managers, as well as evaluate the output of this analysis.
- Communicate with investment managers, record keepers, and custodians to gather and/or clarify client-specific data.
- Support investment consultants in servicing existing clients and prospects.
- Support internal projects.
- Assist with ad-hoc queries received from clients, investment managers, third parties (e.g., external auditors), and colleagues.
- Demonstrate ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in data analysis and presentation design.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs.
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Working towards the CFA designation.
