About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn about the [industry or field], and contribute to real-world projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Learn all operational HR processes and how to maintain a correct personnel administration in Workday HCM
- Act as HR Helpdesk for our employees in Europe (English required)
- Learn how to craft compelling job postings and manage candidate pipelines
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing top talent to onboarding
- Gain hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
Qualifications:
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
- A genuine interest in HR and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
