About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn about the [industry or field], and contribute to real-world projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

 

  • Learn all operational HR processes and how to maintain a correct personnel administration in Workday HCM
  • Act as HR Helpdesk for our employees in Europe (English required)
  • Learn how to craft compelling job postings and manage candidate pipelines
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing top talent to onboarding
  • Gain hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team

Qualifications:

  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in HR and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
