About City Greens
City Greens is a fast-growing AgriTech startup building automation and AI-driven solutions for Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). We work with modern farms, growers, and institutions to help them improve productivity, efficiency, and sustainability through technology.
We are looking for curious, articulate, and customer-focused individuals to join us in a Customer Advisory role.
This is not a call-centre job — your role is to understand customer needs and guide them towards the right solution, working closely with our product and operations teams.
What You Will Do
Speak with inbound and selected outbound prospects to understand their farming or project requirements
Ask the right questions to identify problems, constraints, and goals
Conduct follow-up video meetings to explain suitable solutions clearly and confidently
Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed decisions.
Maintain structured records of customer discussions, requirements, and recommendations
Coordinate internally to ensure accurate proposals and smooth follow-ups
Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi

This role begins as a 3-month unpaid internship focused on learning and performance.
Successful candidates will be offered a full-time position with:
Starting salary: ₹25,000 per month
