About the Role

Designation: Intern – Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project tracking across multiple workstreams.

  • Assist in preparing stakeholder presentations, status updates, and meeting minutes.

  • Maintain project documentation and follow-up on action items.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and alignment.


Required Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet).

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
