About the Role

Interns at Belle Tire gain priceless hands-on experience. You'll gain insight into how a large retail organization plans, executes, and supports marketing initiatives across hundreds of locations. The Marketing Operations Intern supports the operational, analytical, and execution side of marketing--helping ensure campaigns, materials, and processes are delivered accurately, on time, and at scale.

 

What You'll Do

  • Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles, and trainings
  • Support the operational execution of marketing initiatives across retail locations
  • Assist with:
    • Campaign coordination and timelines
    • Marketing calendars and project tracking
    • Organization and distribution of marketing materials
  • Create and maintain reports, analyze metrics, and summarize performance results
  • Support data entry, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in creating internal materials, guides, and presentations
  • Communicate with internal teams and retail locations via email and phone to support marketing needs
  • Share ideas to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and execution
  • Complete a marketing operations--focused project and present final recommendations to senior leadership

 

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and detailed processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

 

Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment, requiring periods of sitting and the operation of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other office tools. Work hours are typically 8-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
