About the Role

Interns at Belle Tire gain priceless hands-on experience. Here, you'll learn what it's like to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while gaining exposure to how marketing supports a growing retail organization. The Digital Marketing Intern works closely with the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support Belle Tire's online presence, digital campaigns, and customer engagement across multiple platforms.

 

What You'll Do

  • Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles, and trainings
  • Support day-to-day digital marketing activities including:
    • Website content updates and optimization
    • E-mail marketing campaigns
    • Social media content and scheduling
    • Digital advertising and paid media support
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on digital performance metrics (website traffic, campaign results, engagement, etc.)
  • Help analyze consumer data and digital trends to support campaign optimization
  • Assist in creating digital marketing materials and presentations
  • Share creative ideas to enhance Belle Tire's digital presence and customer experience
  • Provide general marketing support to internal teams and Belle Tire retail locations
  • Complete a digital marketing--focused project and present final recommendations to senior leadership

 

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and online consumer behavior
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities

 

Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment, requiring periods of sitting and the operation of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other office tools. Work hours are typically 8-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
