About the Role

What You'll Learn & Do

Build a foundation in enterprise IT systems, networking and security, virtualization, cloud platforms, AI/ML fundamentals, and more — through in-person classroom sessions, labs, and project-based learning

Learn how to translate customer needs into comprehensive, end-to-end technical solutions

Gain hands-on experience in technical configuration and solution design.

Develop key consulting skills such as customer engagement, problem framing, and solution storytelling

Work on real-world business scenarios guided by experienced professionals

In addition, each intern will be paired with a one-on-one business mentor — an expert outside of the technical team — who will provide valuable insights into the operations, strategy, and ecosystem of the IT distribution industry.

You’ll discover what it means to become a trusted advisor to business partners and end users — someone who bridges technology capabilities with business goals to drive impactful solutions.

By the end of the internship, you will:

Gain foundational knowledge of enterprise IT systems and current technologies in the market, giving you a practical lens on how technology can be applied to solve real-world business problems

Understand the role and impact of a Solutions Consultant in the B2B tech sales cycle

Be confident in presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strengthen your ability to analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product and Marketing.
