Key Responsibilities

  • App Development: Assist in designing and building custom Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps to solve internal business challenges.
  • Process Automation: Create and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline notifications, approvals, and data synchronization.
  • SharePoint Administration: Configure SharePoint Online sites, manage document libraries, and set up complex lists with custom metadata and views.
  • Front-End Enhancement: Use JSON, HTML, and CSS to customize the look and feel of SharePoint pages and Power Apps interfaces.
  • Testing & QA: Perform unit testing and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are bug-free and user-friendly.
  • Documentation: Create "How-to" guides and technical documentation for the apps and workflows you build.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of databases (SQL or Excel-based data structures) and logic-based programming.
  • Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Familiarity with the M365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset and the ability to troubleshoot "why a flow didn't run" or "why a gallery isn't filtering."
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical features to non-technical users.
