Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with daily inspections and basic maintenance tasks for building services installations
  • Participate in and contribute to regular meetings with consultants and contractors regarding capital enhancement works
  • Assist in basic A&A and fit‑out project tasks under close supervision and guidance
  • Support the monitoring and coordination of works carried out by contractors
  • Work alongside technicians and technical officers to gain hands‑on experience in tender/quotation preparation, routine maintenance, defect reporting, and emergency repair procedures
  • Assist in budget tracking and control, including updating cost spreadsheets
  • Support practical site maintenance duties, such as checking equipment conditions, monitoring and recording operating readings, learning the proper use of tools, and implementing safety measures as instructed

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma Final Year Student in Engineering or related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in Property Management preferrable
  • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (conversational Mandarin is a plus)
