<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>As an intern within FT Leaders Academy you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new leads to support the marketing team for the FT Executive Programmes from multiple sources including internal data sets, data building lists, discovery and individual research. Key responsibilities include data management as well. This role is based in London and will be three days a week, paid at the London Living Wage.</p>
<p><strong>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead Generation - online research to obtain potential clients' contact information from various industry sources following project specifications, requirements and key deliverables.</li>
<li>Lead Enrichment - conduct further research to contribute and actionable intelligence to our database leads.</li>
<li>Data management - ensure data integrity by undertaking data cleansing activities, amending or removing data in a database that is incorrect, incomplete, improperly formatted, or duplicated.</li>
<li>Marketing reporting - prepare and maintain reports for the Marketing team on lead generation, enrichment progress and database health to support campaign planning and execution.</li>
<li>Create a close working relationship with the Marketing team to support marketing activities</li>
<li>Assist with adherence of regulatory/compliance requirements for all data operations systems.</li>
<li>Strict adherence to GDPR compliance, ensure data protection protocols are consistently applied within our processes.</li>
<li>Participate in and perform special tasks and projects when needed. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PERSON SPECIFICATION:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially with Excel. Proficient with Google Suite - Google Sheets, Drive etc. Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems would be a bonus</li>
<li>Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and the proven ability to pay close attention to details </li>
<li>A high degree of accuracy in work practices and ability to cope well under pressure</li>
<li>A flexible, adaptable and organised approach to work, exercising initiative and working independently as appropriate</li>
<li>The ability to create, manage and maintain databases and write reports.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing</li>
<li>Key understanding of our events and target audience</li>
<li>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced market</li>
</ul>
<p>The successful candidate will demonstrate all of the above plus a thorough and organised approach to prioritising and managing a varied workload.</p>
<p><strong>Formal Education and/or Certification:</strong></p>
<p>Graduate of any 4-year course</p>
<p><strong>Length and Type of Relevant Job Experience:</strong></p>
<p>At least 1 year work experience</p>
