About The Company
Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. Distinctive is the use of rare stones with extraordinary colors and the use of white and yellow gold. Buccellati creations stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving techniques, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times. Vous intégrez la Direction des Ressources Humaines pour un stage en tant que Assistant(e) RH - Campus Manager à partir de juillet 2026, à Paris.

COMMENT ALLEZ-VOUS FAIRE LA DIFFÉRENCE ?

En tant qu'Assistant(e) RH - Campus Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'attraction et le développement des jeunes talents au sein de Richemont France. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

1/ Recrutement de la population Campus (stagiaires et alternants) 

  • Participer activement à nos campagnes de recrutement de stagiaires et alternants pour l’ensemble des Maisons de Richemont France
  • Collaborer avec les managers pour définir les besoins et la rédaction des annonces 
  • Assurer le sourcing des candidats & mener les entretiens RH 
  • Organiser et animer des journées de recrutement


2/ Développement et accompagnement de la population Campus

  • Devenez le/la referent(e) RH privilégié(e) pour les stagaires et alternants, dès leur intégration
  • Assurer le suivi de la population campus (bilan de mi-parcours et fin de parcours)
  • Animer des évènements internes (découverte des Maisons, ateliers CV, afterworks)


3/ Stratégie Campus

  • Accompagner la stratégie Campus et participer au développement de la Marque Employeur
  • Créer du contenu pour la communication interne et externe

  • Vous préparé un Bac+4/5 en école de commerce ou université, avec idéalement une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines. 
  • Vous avez un fort attrait pour le recrutement.
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles.
  • Vous êtes autonome, dynamique et créatif. Rigueur et organisation font partie de votre mode de fonctionnement.
  • Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais.
