About the Role

Our teams are dedicated to improving user experiences and achieving business growth through actionable insights.</p><h3>Internship overview</h3><p>We are excited to offer this internship position in our Stockholm office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and motivated intern who wants to learn and progress in data quality area:</p><p>Data Quality / Tracking Implementation / Measurement</p><p>As an intern at Conversionista, you will collaborate with our expert consultants and work directly with established, well-known companies. This hands-on experience will allow you to apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, bridging the gap between academia and industry.</p><h3>What we aim for you to do</h3><p>Work with implementation and configuration of tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM)</p><p>Implement and validate marketing pixels and third‑party tools (e.g. ad platforms, analytics and marketing tools)</p><p>Support setup and management of consent solutions and compliant data collection</p><p>Work with GA4 to validate, troubleshoot, and quality‑assure data</p><p>Assist with documentation and quality checks to ensure reliable and consistent data across platforms</p><p>Collaborate with analysts, CRO specialists, and UX designers to enable accurate measurement for experiments and insights</p><h3>What we offer</h3><p>A learning-centric environment where you will grow as an measurement specialist.</p><p>Exposure to exciting brands and impactful projects.</p><p>A supportive and caring organizational culture, with helpful colleagues across our various teams and competencies (CRO, UX, User Research, Analytics, <strong>Data Quality</strong>, Advisory).</p><p>A dedicated mentor to guide you throughout your internship and provide skill development coaching.</p><p>An opportunity to learn about and contribute to data-driven design and CRO practices.</p><h3>Who you are</h3><p>Currently studying or recently graduated from a relevant university or vocational education program such as Digital Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.</p><p>Passionate about topics like data analysis, digital optimization, and tracking implementation.</p><p>Has some experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.</p><p>Eager to learn and apply data-driven approaches in identifying and solving customer pain points that will eventually impact the business.</p><p>Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.</p><h3>Application process</h3><p>To apply, please submit your resume along with a cover letter via this portal, explaining why you are applying to Conversionista, what you are most interested in, and how your skills align with those interests.</p><p>This position is based in our Stockholm office.
