Job Responsibilities: What you will do

To offer practical work experience in areas of Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, or Marketing/Communication.
•    Assist with basic to moderately complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger, related financial statements, and month-end close.
•    Accumulate, organize, and maintain information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
•    Help analyze key financial data and trends. 
•    Review various cost and revenue metrics.  
•    SOP documentation review
•    Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations to meet company demands and expectations.
•    Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • Practical experience in functional area preferred.
  • A majority (considered three (3) years or more) of undergraduate course work from an Accredited University or College in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Beginner to intermediate level Finance; IT; Legal; HR; Marketing; Communications; strong interpersonal skill; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain professionalism; ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly
