About the Program
Ready to launch your marketing career at warp speed? Our elite 6-12 month Management Trainee Program is designed to identify and accelerate the next generation of marketing leaders. This immersive, rotational program offers unparalleled exposure to the core engines of modern marketing. Outstanding performer may receive a Return Offer or Promote to Assistant Manager upon program completion.
Program Structure
You will rotate through three key marketing functions, spending approximately 3-4 months in each:
- Digital Marketing: Master data-driven campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), search engine marketing (SEM/SEO), email marketing, and performance analytics. Learn to optimize funnels and drive measurable ROI.
- Brand & Product Marketing: Dive into the heart of our brand strategy. Participate in market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional campaign development.
- Influencer & Community Marketing: Lead the charge in building authentic connections. Help manage influencer partnerships, creator campaigns, and community engagement strategies that build brand loyalty and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Throughout the rotations, you will:
- Own and execute key project components within each marketing pillar, with measurable outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to support data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, and Product Development.
- Present findings, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to mentors and senior leadership.
- Continuously seek out new marketing tools, trends, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We Look For (Qualifications)
- Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduate or Final Year Students are welcomed) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.2 or equivalent top-tier academic standing.
- Proven Drive: An inherently aggressive and goal-oriented mindset. You are self-starting, competitive, and obsessed with achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strategic & Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Agile Learner: Demonstrated ability to rapidly absorb new information, adapt to different team cultures, and thrive in a fast-paced, rotational environment.
