Nature isn’t just our backdrop; it’s at the core of who we are.</p><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Work side by side with experienced teams</p></li><li><p>Contribute to meaningful, real-world projects</p></li><li><p>Explore every corner of our business</p></li><li><p>Network with leaders across the company</p></li><li><p>Grow your professional brand and skillset</p></li><li><p>Whether you're interested in business operations, outdoor retail, conservation, or hospitality, this internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at the diverse areas that make Bass Pro Shops truly unique</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your adventure starts here.</b></p><p></p><p><i><b><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></b></i></p><ul><li><p>Assisting in tracking and managing inventory levels, including conducting inventory audits, and communicating discrepancies to buyers and warehouse staff.</p></li><li><p>Handling product inquiries and coordinating with buyers to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers.</p></li><li><p>Supporting sales and marketing efforts by collaborating with buyers to prepare and execute promotions and tracking sales data for inventory planning.</p></li><li><p>Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and preparing reports and presentations for buyers and warehouse communication.</p></li><li><p>Assisting with the coordination of shipments, including invoicing, billing, and processing payments, as well as monitoring and reconciling inventory transactions with the warehouse.</p></li></ul><p><i><b><u>EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:</u></b></i></p><ul><li><p>Minimum Education Required:  Completion of Sophomore year of college through graduating year.</p></li><li><p>Minimum GPA: 3.0</p></li><li><p>Preferred Major: </p></li><li><p>Available for full commitment of 10-week program (40 hours/week)</p></li><li><p>Currently enrolled in accredited college or university in pursuit of bachelor’s degree in related field</p></li><li><p>Eligible to work in the US</p></li><li><p>Ability to relocate to work location for the duration of the program</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b><u>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:</u></b></i></p><ul><li><p>Travel required varies based on internship, minimal.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i><b><u>INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT</u></b></i>:</p><ul><li><p>Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor.
