Join our Team as an Toyota Production System Intern!
The Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Toyota Production System (TPS) Intern to join our team this summer (May - Aug 2026). This internship offers hands-on experience in industry where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into the Toyota Production System - a comprehensive manufacturing philosophy that focuses on eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and ensuring a high quality in the production process. You'll collaborate with the TPS and Weld departments, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning TPS Principles
- Learning Material & Information (M&I) Flow Map
- Learning PowerPoint presentation skills
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, department line leaders, and production engineers
What We’re Looking For:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Lean Manufacturing Engineering programs
- Available for a full-time, onsite internship in Muscatine, IA from May - August 2026

- This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, Iowa office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Get in Return:
Wage - $20 - $25 + per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
